Global social impact

I write copy for some of the most prominent brands and social pages in the world. Over my time on our Microsoft account, I improved results and client satisfaction for 500+ million impressions (and counting!) of branded content in almost all ad types, platforms, and objectives (including the elusive get-people-to-actually-click stuff objective). Favorite moment:

I recognized Area 51 as a topic to post about before it became mainstream, and worked with my team over the weekend to pitch that Microsoft post about it. They passed it onto Halo, owned by Microsoft, which went live with our initiative the following Tuesday, 7/17, and most other brands started talking about it 7/18 and beyond. We didn’t have a dedicated social listening team, and instead it was just our team’s proactive initiative that created the effective, earned work for the client.
